1. What do we do with your information?

We process and use personal data voluntarily entered by you on our website in order to maintain our customer relations, to inform you and for order processing. The data required for this may be passed on to service providers. However, we will neither sell your data to third parties nor otherwise market them.

2. When do we collect, process and use your personal information?

On this website, data are collected and stored using software from etracker GmbH >> for the purposes of our marketing and ongoing improvement of our website, for which cookies may be used. For this, pseudonymised usage data are collected. These include your IP address without the last three digits. The domain addresses you visited prior to our website, the bandwidth of your Internet connection or your provider are not analysed. The etracker software settings we use meet the requirements of the highest data protection supervisory authorities. You may object to such collection and storage of data with future effect at any time >>.

In addition, each time a user accesses this website and each time a file is requested, access data about this process are stored by us and, in some cases, by third parties, in the form of log files. This is done solely to protect our systems. Each log file consists of the following:

  • The website from which you accessed our page;
  • The IP address;
  • The date and time of access;
  • The client request;
  • The http response code;
  • The volume of data transmitted;
  • The information about the browser and operating system you use.

Where it is possible to enter personal or business data (e.g. e-mail addresses, names, addresses) on the website – for instance, using a contact form – you provide us with these data on an expressly voluntary basis. We only use the personal data transmitted in this way for the purpose for which you provided them to us; in the case of the contact form, to make contact with you or to answer your query. In the course of processing your queries, your orders and your use of our services, we in some cases engage subcontractors, who only receive the requisite data to carry out this engagement and use them for that specific purpose. Furthermore, the service providers are contractually bound to adhere to this privacy policy.

You have the right to access, on request and free of charge, the personal data stored on you. Furthermore, under the European GDPR and the BDSG-neu, you have a right to opt out of the use and/or transmission of your data for marketing purposes. 4. What are cookies and are cookies used?
